For much of my career, I worked in the corporate world building people capabilities through organisational change. Throughout my career journey I realized just how out of balance my life was in all areas and how I was always looking externally instead of internally for happiness, acceptance and approval.

Moving from one position to another, I was experiencing extreme emotional highs and lows, like a rollercoaster and a lot of angst trying to choose one thing to be in life. I realised that my combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a liability.

That sparked a thought in me!

There are most likely other people in the world that is also going through and on their own roller coaster ride. 

 

Life is about aiming high and achieving set goals.

I have a vision to make a difference, to support and enable people to reach their full potential. I decided to throw myself into study and resources and be open to learn about myself and life in order to get my deeper fulfilment and make that difference. 

​

Fulfilment comes from achievement!

I believe you must bring your whole self to the table if you want to thrive in today’s world. That includes your unique set of gifts, your personality, your sense of humor and most importantly, your heart.

Which brings me to you. My role is to challenge you to define success on your own terms.
