I’ve had my own “well, this isn’t what I planned” moments. The kind where you’re sitting in yet another meeting, nodding thoughtfully, while a quiet voice in the back of your head asks, Is this actually what I want?

Those moments rattled me. They also taught me something. Meaningful career growth isn’t always about climbing higher or moving faster. Sometimes it’s about stopping long enough to hear yourself think, reconnecting with what you’re genuinely good at, and making choices that feel right for you, not just the ones that look good on LinkedIn.

That’s what led me to coaching.

​

Today, I work with professionals in the middle of something: a career transition, a workplace challenge, a big new opportunity, or a lingering “surely there’s more than this?” I believe you already hold more of your own answers than you’ve been giving yourself credit for. Most of us just don’t have the time, perspective or support to hear them over the noise.

​

I’ve spent my career leading organisational change across global technology environments. If you want to understand human behaviour, put a few hundred people through a restructure and watch what happens. It’s taught me how careers actually unfold: through growth, uncertainty, competing priorities and plot twists no one put in the org chart. It’s also shown me, again and again, that when people get clear on who they are and what matters to them, they make braver decisions and build more meaningful careers.

My coaching style is warm, thoughtful and practical, with the occasional well-placed raised eyebrow. I won’t tell you what to do or hand you a five-step blueprint for your future. Instead, I’ll partner with you to explore possibilities, challenge the assumptions you didn’t realise you were carrying, spot the strengths you’ve stopped noticing, and build real confidence in your next step.
